In near term (one or two years), contribution from oil and gas is insignificant. The main contributor to the growth is De Centrum. MRT Line 2, one of the station is Uniten, smack in the 100 acres land Protasco owned. Upside should be good.
Sorry wmliang, Uniten belongs to TNB and IUKL belongs to Protasco. They are 1.9km away from each other. The MRT Line 2, indicates Uniten as one of the station, not sure the how far from IUKL. TeyPorYee, my apology, you are right, you are the expert man!

Since late May, OKA sold about 11.5m, and TPY sold in July about 4.5m. Total amount sold by both is about RM32m. Not exactly sure how much TPY and OKA original cost, they hv it since 2012/3, their cost I guess is around RM1.00. So, they make about RM16m PURE PROFIT with a bit of dividend. No major adverse development in fundamental other than adjustment of launching in DeCentrum taking into account the property slowdown and delay in Government projects. Delay in earning streams, perhaps.
De Centrum Unipark Condo Phase 2 is a freehold condominium inside IUKL ( Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur), beside Uniten ( University Tenaga National) and opposite UPM ( University Putra Malaysia). It is easy to rented out in future and you do not have to spend much time marketing the area, because the area sells itself.
-Good accessible from Besraya, North Sourth Expressway, Silk highway, SKVE. It take 25 minuts to Kuala Lumpur town centre, 30 minuts to KLIA.
- Uncoming IOI City Resort Just 3km away or 8 Minuts driving distant. Mines Resort City just 6.5km away or 13 minuts driving distant. Analyst has never emphasise on the contribution from this deal anyway. The focus is always on contribution and potential from De Centrum and other construction projects. The coming results will determine the potential growth.
Lucky i sold most shares when owner sells but still stuck high price few lots. Owner sold then other directors follow. Market rumor owner do acquisition then share price goes up, after sell share now cancel. Owner sold high price! If owner buys later confirm the rumor. So after news out now is time to buy.
Many PLC does MOU and cancel MOU. This is another one. My guess is right. Many red flag why vendor so kind come and go after PLC free ride? Why vendor did not ask for compensation? Cancel so fast quietly leaving puzzle to market as if its planned. Both buyer and vendor so friendly or one sided? If vendor so easy giving back cash then confirm must be big red flag. If vendor don't give back money or ran away this is also big red flag. Both one night stand don't need meet and talk, so good? Red flag started fast, close also fast. Big Big red flag. Who made decision why no clear reason telling investors potential impact? What if later owner pretends to be clean and for some reason suddenly vendor sue back ask for compensation, or made perfect excuse ran away? Like that can wash hand? Any big lost will be material, unless this is not real transaction. There must be more true answer than simply come and go slip through and go. Is like after eat for free then ran away pay nothing. this is good news. indonesia has new government. politic stability is unsure. i believe only indonesia oil seller knows their country risk maybe benefit from more transparent president. buyer also benefit focus on malaysia. protasco oversea venture nothing successful. luck is in malaysia so focus.
market always like to speculate. try new opportunity is common. why so many story? i always skeptical so fast the oil investment can produce oil no matter how good and don't think can recover investment so fast either. protasco expectation is jot realistic so as oil company expectation. both different business nature no way can understand each other so fast and give result. careful bring fruit so by pursue each other own business is best for both. like in the past protasco get stuck in middle east and africa for many years when ceo is young. learn from lesson now should focus malaysia wait for dividend and make all investors happy. giv old investors steady income more than enough.
