T4 would have been force sold in the morning already whilst T3 buyers would have hold on till Monday morning. No need to sell down like that especially when it was holding strong at Rm 2.60 the whole afternoon. Closing at RM 2.52 ie up only 2 sen after being up the whole day only spells trouble for those who bought today...looks like a short term bear trap and consolidation next week.

Lets put it into perspective guys.

Business operation financial result was good and in light of TNB target of 5% RE from 2% now and Cypark being the biggest RE player in the country it augers well for the company prospects moving forward.

Technically if you have bought at RM 2.40 this morning and now its is trading at RM 2.47 you are already in the money. However if you have bought last week above RM 2.50 then you might as well hold until the consolidation is over next two weeks. It should trade higher closer to RM 3.00 mid year once further results prove its strong operating business model. That is over 20% price increase in 6 months from Jan-June 2014 expected so lets put it all into perspective. Short term consolidation medium term up...

Agree with madiba too.. basically this share is for mid to long term investment. I got myself 30 lots @ 1.81 around end of Aug last year. 40% gain within 6 mths & I consider it's a great return for me already =)
