Adamlambert : u shouldnt blame Icon for any losses, the decision is yours of whether to buy or sell. I dont see any wrong of Icon writing on GOB lately, in fact i enjoyed reading his articles. Of course, we need to use own judgement on whether wana fully digest and accept his facts as virtual 100% truth or not. Thats why we hv an organ named BRAIN.

I think u should stop harrass Icon. I see u harrassing n condemning him in Tropicana and GOB threads, which isn't a good thing to do, but it showed how stupid are u.

brendon, yes the decision is mine and i bought sometime back when Saturn wrote about value unlocking. Icons writing is causing the share to drop. Old news when recycle and personal opinion is bad and lousy for the stock

must check the company backgroud thoroughly, pay a visit to their sites, their company and susidiaries, get to know thrie directors somewhat before you go into any counter - for long term investment - blue chips ok lah..

Brendon thank you for defending me. The reason Adam always attacked me is because I write about GOB at 79 sen and it subsequently went up to 110+. As usual, as a dumb ass, he very slow to react. He missed out the opportunity to buy. That is why he so resentful. So he called himself "Adamlambert", which means "I am lambat"

Pls note, apart from the massive Landbank tropicana has, their larger positioning will be lifestyle added into mid end houses to justify the price. They will be positioning that way especially if you see in the recent launches Tropicana Metropark and the coming Tropicana Aman where there will be a lake in the center of the housing or condo. In the metropark side, there will be commercial offices, hospital and shopping mall within the 88acres which we believe will provide high rental yielding!!

Our share price cost has been reduce to 1.51 with the recent Bonus cut off date. We will be looking to paring down to half our holding in Tropicana which will still be substantial and taking further position in Ecoworld.
Tropicana has taken too many re-position stand lately which to investors may be good but to traders, this may mean not prepared.
We will continue coverage on Trops but will limit exposure from time to time for the same reason
