Trops has got everything ready to go.! But Danny has to come clean ....I have shared that the share price must be in the KPI. This measurement should not be confuse with the share having to incline however the KPI must ensure the share cannot fluctuate at such a big offset. I am awaiting for the Q1 announcement.

The article shows Danny himself is aware........to push to a 2013 rm2b achievement compared to 2012 is a big jump. As investors we are very weary to ensure all machinery, system and human capital can meet this target. It's no point achieving rm2 b on brute sales while all else in operations have never seen the lights of this type of growth before.

In short when a jump in revenue is this ambitious, we can see Danny doing a whole lot behind the scalene to continue the momentum for 2014 like what I have mentioned before but the team must be able to deliver that vision. My preference is danny himself. However I do understand the limitation. Hence the right leader in execution of that vision is crucial

At this juncture, the confidence or lack of it is whether the head and hands can coordinate to deliver the vision through changes and adapting. However I would assume that the lead is chosen without compromise and background check to deliver at lightening speed. With this in mind, no excuses should be made. For those who have seen Liew Kee Sin in action, he has always shown his team miracles can happen time after time and has become a norm to expect this from him. In tropicana case, this is exactly what is needed.
