Only reason selling Tropiacana prize landbank to Ecoworld coz Trop skyhigh debts. Only desperate developers will sell their prize landbanks. Only smart developers sell buildings or malls like PJDev. Better sell you Trop tomorrow morning. After tomorrow, Trop will slip and slide toward ground zero.

I think Trop can only escape the gravity trap if they propel their earnings base (with no exceptional items) from the current 200m + to 300m + or more

the market has more or less factored in the 200m earnings. that is why it is difficult to move up
