综合通运5亿售2中国物流公司

（吉隆坡29日讯）综合通运（ILB，5614，主板贸服股）宣布，以共9亿9800万人民幣（约5亿1930万令吉）脱售深圳综合信兴物流（ISH LOGISTICS）有限公司及河南综合物流（香港）有限公司的全数股权，予永发（Winfair）国际控股有限公司。

同时，综合通运考虑把脱售所得，另行作出策略性收购行动，或回退予股东。基於在上述脱售案后，该公司或將成为一间现金公司，面对停牌和除牌风险。无论如何，董事局表明，有意维持综合通运的上市地位。

综合通运是通过旗下香港综合物流有限公司，分別以8亿4300万令吉和1亿5500万令吉，脱售深圳综合信兴物流和河南综合物流，而买方永发国际控股则是成佳恒（C.J.H.）投资有限公司的独资子公司。

综合通运表示，基於中国的经营环境充满挑战性，营运与劳力成本升增，上述脱售行动是合时宜的，並且预料可获利1亿7800万令吉。

在完成脱售行动后，该公司可分发予股东的股本將从3亿5442万令吉，增至5亿2209万令吉，保留盈利则从7355万令吉，增至3亿1078万令吉，现金佔总资產比例將从7.84%走高至69.8%。

综合通运是在週四（27日）下午2时46分暂停交易，以作出上述宣布，停牌前价格为1.49令吉，並將在来週一（7月1日）恢復交易。

of coz... today director din absorb.... if u do some analysis.. u will noted that.. Director bought at 1.89, 1.90, 1.91 at a combination of more than 20,000 units.. look at today total volume only 10k unit... it shows that director stop buying a while to trap those contra player.. it steadily increasing.. I just sapu 50 biji... u should sapu too before too late.. once announce.. u will miss the boat.
