應該沒有所謂的忠心的投資者，除了公司的老板吧，老板套利就代表公司不行？投資者套利呢？老板也是人吧。股市買賣，正常吧。每天股市都有人做買賣，很熱鬧，每個成交都有很多原因吧，需要現金，換碼頭等等。

Parkson business is conducted through cash. So Parkson has a lot of cash to buy back shares every day.

樓上的ks55，你好，股票漲跌是正常的，百盛過去的確經營上的確面對困難，投資者都看淡它的前景。粗略看，百盛的營業額顯然沒下跌，成本是致命傷吧，需要多加調理，嘻嘻。未來的前景才是重要，如果網購是構成威脅，很多店要關了，各有自己的市場。油氣業現在也是不景氣，難道全部都要....嘻嘻，公司都在控制成本。國際油價漲高，你還會有信心持著AA嗎？多少人會為了AA品牌，機票價格決定一切啦，誰知道以後會有更便宜的廉航。總結，投資沒對錯而言啦，大家看法不一樣，得閑交流，吃個包，別傷和氣，嘻嘻。

Angielim, SBB is usually good but here controlling shareholder forced selling. Price will not stabilize until the forced selling cease.

Ha ha ha, 当然是为了钱， 怕胜大剪价，买东西有cheap lah, jimat jimat lama boleh kaya ma. 多人来怕胜买东西，就有好生意untung Kuat. But wc sudah tua, 股票也offer 大剪价，通通有offer 都jimat, only 股票不可以jimat, jiamt就完了，later wc can sings 怕胜大起价，又来了。money money come.

Angielim, SBB is share buy back by Company ie. Parkson. Forced selling is on William Cheng's shares. Can't be same people. SBB helps cushion the fall in the share price.

Angielim, William Cheng previously borrowed from Affin Bank to buy Parkson shares. Now been forced sold by Affin to pay for the monthly loan interest.

Angielim, do you yourself think Parkson will recover to RM1? Another counter that has fallen as much as Parkson is MBSB. Do you think MBSB can recover to above RM1? Which of them do you think will recover faster? If you have more confidence in MBSB then the solution to recover your 20% loss on Parkson is to switch to MBSB as both are now almost same price level. If you have more confidence in Parkson then hold on to it.

both still hold bth also rugi 20% as you said , both of them I enter near 1.00 same move .

my TP for P is 1.20 ,MBSB is 1.02 - 1.10.

Angielim9955 Parkson shares buy back stood at 4.66% now. Anytime now can declare share dividend 4.5%. If you have 10,000 shares you can get extra 450 shares if Parkson decide to declare share dividend. I think more likely to declare share dividend when buy back reach 5% if Parkson decide so. Just calculate how much extra money you can get from share dividend that can be declared.

Contrat thanks for your advice. Don't worry I won't give up parkson one. I buy parkson fo mid long term one. But parkson recently did give many advantages for contract kaki lol. Loyal investors like me cannot get any.
I hold last year at 1.00 but I will keep because my mom like parkson shopping center. Haha
I like parkson more than mbsb even many people said mbsb must more good than parkson because mbsb got epf support. Parkson seem many people look down. Especially parkson made net loss recently .

Interest rate cut is good for Parkson to reduce interest expenses. More money in consumer s pocket from paying less interest(housing and car loan) will help boost Parkson sales.
