When I made a buy call for the first time on Insas this year at 0.92-0.925 how many people bought at this level?

For the first time Insas paying out dividend in December instead of February/January previously. We can see how smart Thong is saving himself 2% dividend tax. Thong has a plan ....... MGO is confirmed.

Why Affin can hit EPS of 20 sen by just achieving RM480 million? Because Affin shares in issue only around 2.4 billion. If a person still no understand there's no point investing in the share market.

MBSB has a very huge shares in issue of 8.222 billion.
MBSB needs RM1.6444 billion net profits for EPS of 20 sen while Affin needs RM480 million (not billion) net profits for EPS of 20 sen.

Walk away, please go
Before you throw your life away
A life that I could share for just a day
We should have met some years ago
For your sake I say
Walk away, just go
Walk away, and live
A life that's full
With no regret
Don't look back at me
Just try to forget
Why build a dream that cannot come true
So be strong, reach the stars now
Walk away, walk on

I don't know whether price will drop a bit more. Myself bought at 92 to 92.5 sen level. Market forces decide.

If Insas goes to RM1.35 again I will be making a six fold gain from my original cost of investment and I am very confident that Insas will.

After having sold at RM3.00 end of October, it's time to buy back tomorrow.

Insas is genuinely undervalued. People just don't understand that "market forces" determine the price. To me Insas is like FD, sure make money one. In my portfolio I will always return to Insas at a particular entry price and will hold until people come shouting "Six Ringgit" again.

Insas price is determined by "market forces". When price is low enough, it's a bargain to accumulate. One fine day, Insas will surely scale new high. It's a guarantee.

10 months after this article was written Insas has fallen to 93.5 sen. Isn't now a good time to buy?

If you can get the timing of buying and selling right, you maximize your overall gains.

Insas will make everyone rich ........ if they don't buy too high and/or sell too low.
1 month ago | Report Abuse
@MrSslee, market forces determine the market price. Officially Ah Thong hasn't sold any Insas share, thus can't be responsible for the drop in share price. 😉 😉 Best way to maximize your gain in Insas is to play along, I already have been saying as far back as January that price will eventually fall to a level close to 90 sen. As CNY falls in January, Insas might pay out 2.5 sen dividend end of December. At 92.5 sen, the effective price after dividend would be 90 sen, a safe entry price level.

That is not counting the dividends, free warrants that Insas have been distributing over the years.

If you buy 10,000 Insas shares at 60 sen, sells all at RM1.10 your original RM6,000 becomes RM11,000 and with that amount you can later buy back say, 15,000 shares at around 70 sen. Then sell the 15,000 shares at RM1.20 to get RM18,000. Later when price drops back to say, 80 sen, you can buy 22,500 shares. And after selling off 22,500 shares at say, average price of RM1.30 you realized a total of RM29,250 , that's a gain of RM23,250 from your initial cost of investment of RM6,000 , almost 4 fold gain.
Now, if Insas shares price falls to 92.5 sen and you reinvest the whole RM29,250 you will now own 31,600 shares. If one day Insas shares price goes to RM1.35 and you sell all, you will realize RM42,660 , a gain of RM36,660 from your original investment of RM6,000 , giving you a 6 fold gain.

I am so tired of holding MBSB. have been holding it for at least 8 years. Nothing MBSB does can influence its share price. Perhaps Kenanga Investment Bank is right. MBSB is overvalued even at today's price. Regret buying it. This is the worse bank share in KLSE.

@xiaoeh, no, very long time ago I made a over 40% gain on MBSB, bought around 69 sen, sold above RM1. Never buy back. I prefer Affin today.
