looking at the enormous potentials of Malton, one certainly wonders why nothing of these is reflected in the share price. may be some interested parties are depressing the purposely for strategic purposes??
JayChua. Yes the analysis is did on June 2013 but untill now Malton have not make any announcement on Batu Kawan , Pavillion 2 Project . Just they have sold a piece of land in Sg Long on Dec 2013 plus the case with Jcorp for project in Damasara is settled.
Ikea should be another fast track project......it is more like a warehouse shopping mall concept.....fast track, do not need 3 years la i think. normally they already have standard or typical layout already, just like Tesco, Giant , Aeon Big, every outlets you go, almost similar construction.....they will most likely employ back the same consultant team building IPC Mutiara Damansara, all the layouts are there, just copy paste modifiy......waseh, now everyone can become architect & builder

You all do know all those lands to build IKEA, etc. are not only from Malton itself right? The one with the biggest land banks in Batu Kawan are GOB and Tambun Indah. I would say these counters are medium term counters(3 months), now the bigger developers are approaching these 3 to buy their lands, give some time.

this stock is damn undervalued, RNAV of RM3.50, ridiculous cheap at 70% discount, what do you guys say?
