that's the weird thing.. came out of PN17 and it should already up high above but dropping like hell from 1.6+ to 1.3+
to me, it still worth to buy and collect... but don't know when it will fly..

last quarter's EPS is quite high because of the once off disposal of the parking lot. This is categorised as an extraordinary item and not within the normal operating context.

Desmond Lim develop under his private capacity at pavilion (Bayan Tree).Only those project of high risk put under Malton to suffocate the true investor or to choke them till unconscious.Beware!

well...even if Desmond Lim undertakes highly profitable property developments under his own private capacity, he still needs the construction resources at Malton to build things up. Malton will still stand to gain in terms of being a contractor.

my main concern for this counter is that the best, most profitable projects are not kept for maximise shareholders value. The shareholders kind of like get the leftovers, the crumbs.
