The stock has been sideline since May this year. Today, still sideline. There is no up or down indicator seen yet. Just sharing my view on its TA graph. :)
FA vise, this profit jump is because of land sales, not properties sales and construction contracts. So on FA, there is nothing much to be cheer about.

About 9% private placement priced set at 1.00. And the weird thing is, ICAP downgraded it to sell (from buy) right after the announcement of the placement. Very tricky....
You cannot fight the market and the government policies and steps to curb properties prices.
Well if the government has decided it will just keeps setting more steps under it suceed. Look at Singapore, the properties prices there are expected to drop by 30% in the next 6 months.
So don't touch property counters for at least the next 3 to 6 months.
Malton NTA at Rm1.5+, Bukit Jalil projects which main project committed by Pavilion expected to contribute more profits for 2015 onwards. Target RM1.5 will be soon..

Private placement normally offer to friendly investors for certain reasons. That means the investors purchase the additional issue share at a price fix, base on average price a number of days. Normally with 10% discount but not lower than Par price (which is RM1 here). Since the price for Malton is below Par, therefore, the PP price is minimum RM1
