Malton already private place out about 5% of its original plan 10% at RM 1.00 (par value), raise about RM 20m cash already. Therefore, Malton still have remain 5% to be place out next.

According to news on Malton last EGM on 5 Mar 2015, the director of Malton already secure shareholder approval for related party contract worth RM 1.5 billion link to its major shareholder, Desmond Lim. The director indicate that the contract is expect to announce within the next few week......As for now, time already about 4 week pass EGM , therefore, time is about due for Malton to announce award of the project soon.
