Q3's eps usually is the lowest and lower by over 50% compared to Q2's eps except for FY2013 lower by only 43%. Therefore, if the coming Q3 results able to achieve eps of 10sen and above will be considered as good results as Q3's eps seldom or never above 5sen.

In the last 4 yrs, Latitude Tree posted its 31 Mar qtr ending on 26 May, 27 May, 30 May and 23 May respectively for Fiscal year 2010, 11, 12 and 13. So we can expeet for qtr ending 31 Mar 2014, the dates should be in the last week of this month. So just keep your fingers cross.

cloudboy, please open yr eye big big and read properly, I just came back bcoz I lost my password and my first posting was on 30 Apr when latitud still at 2.60.
I wonder do you actually know the meaning of hypocrite? people like you are called of hypocrite, ask one person to sell and ask another person to buy, when you ask people to sell but you buy.

Just checked the records. Gave a bonus issue of 1:2 in May 2011. Announcement made on 25.5.2011. After 3 years of waiting is something good coming. I hope so.

cloudboy, the way you write seems like a small boy. There is no need to condemn others. You claim you bought 100K of Latitude below RM2. Congrats to you then, if that is true. I only managed to buy 50K of Latitude at below 75 sens and still holding on to every share. No big deal.

Q3's results expected to be released by 26 or 27 May. From the company level FS of LTIG, there are about SGD9.2mil (cash + due from related) + SGD2.3mil proceeds receivables from Latitud. That means there are about RM30million cash of latitud group were taken away by LTIG right after the completion of acquisition on Jan'14. Therefore we have to take note that the conso FS of latitud as at Q3 will be lowered by RM30mil cash.
