When you customer acquired by other company. There will massive re-structure, see whether they prefer to purchase from you. It might take two/three quarter to confirm the profit.

To value a stock, using PE alone is totally insufficient, you need more parameters like ROE, PEG, FCF..etc , just look at TENCENT which is listed in HK, its trading PE is always above 50 since 2004 when it was first listed at a price of about HKD 3.70, but now it is trading at about HKD 210x5= HKD 1050... if you had invested HKD 100,000 in it in 2004, now it is worth about HKD 27 millions excluding dividens receipt over last 12 years.
