haiz, this share better don't buy la. the director boo might be a good guy but the other china chinese and the mca affiliates are not. The first batch mca people already untung kaw2 4 years ago.

Fundamentals all in RED, ie 0;
Loans=near to 200 million;
Cash=round up 1 million, can't even enough for interest repayment; with the new listing, cash may increase but gearing remains high;
Dividend potential in two years= Est 0;
Ownership or bod with Chinese from mainland, then potential like other Chinese firms listed locally=100%.
