Ceres22, no more CM, now reassessment . The case with hsbc take only march to april. Reassessment more simple than hsbc trial. This is logic. And, who know hsbc lost and don't want to appeal. Then got 2 claim oh.

I think Shantawood lawyer already know the "Date"-----Last time Peter made a mistake bcos
he thought he can corner the shares price by delaying 2 weeks ( Dps up to 0.160 only)
Now he had already collected all the contra players shares, he can let the price run-up in small
volume and then goreng Hard when Big Volume flows

The Appointed judge must have previous experience in commercial reassessment, not every available Judge can take the Job. Since reassessment is strictly based previous compensation quotation (5 years ago ), i can see MSIQ(lawyers) blocking each compensation like crazy during
case management( so bloody long ) When nothing can be agreed during case management,
similar scenario will happen during Official Court in session. However, unlike CM, judge just
listen/mark on presented Doc. and finally ask both parties to go Home----Final Decision out in
aweek

All public announcement is considered P &C and must be going through Bursa. We cant blame them. What we got to do is wait and have the trust that good news is coming very soon. If you can remember in 2016, the klscreener set the target of 30 sen, once announcement is made. If we buy more 7 sen, more profit we will get
