Answer could be this

Pnb is selling. Could interested party knows the potential of Wzsatu? They use Pnb to sell down so they could scoop up cheaply ?

This was what happened to Calvin's buy call on Kulim at Rm2.50

Kwap kept selling Kulim at Rm2.50

But Jcorp took Kulim Private later at Rm4.10 for Rm1.60 upside.

Maybe same scenario being played out by Pnb ?

So just continue to buy while cheap
