Bones, your write up on Handal provide a good opportunity for the Malay Director to unload the share to all of us.

I hate this type of director, just know how to focus on short term profit.
When share go up, immediately clear his stock.

A good director should focus on running the company, secure more contract for the company, not sit in front of the computer and wait to right timing to unload share.

No wonder the company under-perform for so many year.

Probably in next AGM we should fire him

Sometime when a stock starting to raise, many people giving comment & all rumours start. Due to the stock spike, therefore people start reseach and study the company. Sometime will be good if you can do some analysis and reseach and you will also be the one who can gain from first wave. Some stock spike 1 - 2 wave end up it will be dead stock again. Therefore fundamental is much more important. Happy Trading.

Looking at their past records, the directors used to sell their share little by little. Kind of funny. They need pocket money from time to time? Can't figure out their intention coz this counter is like keeping in the storage, not much activity..
