Lets be logical guys, those funds who wanted to sell have already sold, I believe the downside risk for this is low as its already back to pre-covid levels. Worst case senario drop to 1.32? Thats about 17% but the upside potential is enormous if you have a long term investment horizon. Do note that even during covid market crash the lowest this company went was 65 cent.
We will never see such levels unless you tell me the company is going to bankrupt, do note that dyson is still their customer & they already clarify no products have been pulled out. When we invest into a company we look for its future not its past? Labour shortage issue will be resolved, they been hiring locals & soon once foreign workers are allowed to come in by end of Dec it should be positive for ataims.
Lets look at the facts, based on what I read on jobstreet things are improving & do note people will only post negative things about their companies in reviews, not many will take the time to just compliments. I am buying some for investment & will look to accumulate further if it goes to 1.32. Wish you all, all the best.
while seeing ppl shouting for ataims to LD the past couple of days, i just happily collecting it when the price was below 1.60. Now eat till so full, scare cant digest *burrrp* kikiki
Update on *VS Industry (VSI MK, BUY, TP:MYR1.96 based on 23x FD CY22F EPS).*
The company shared that it has acquired 3 parcels of adjacent land for *future capacity expansion measuring 386k sf, or 8.9 acres in Senai, Johor (within close proximity of its existing facilities) for MYR30m.*
Currently, the Group’s Malaysia operations have a built-up area of 2.1m sf. spanning across more than 50 acres of land. The latest land acquisition will *boost VS’ total land area to close to 60 acres in total*.
*The Group’s existing capacity has been fully allocated to its existing customers.*
*Our take:*
*We take the land acquisition positively as this signifies management’s optimism and confidence on the sustainable order flows prospects.* Its balance sheet is sturdy enough to fund the purchase with close to zero net gearing as at 4QFY21.
On the prevailing challenges of labour supply, components shortage and pandemic, management has taken various measures to minimize and mitigate the impact and therefore is *not expecting any major disruption to its operations.*
*VS is scheduled to release its 1QFY22 results on 16th Dec* and we expect more guidance to be provided on the orders and volume for 2022 by then.
We do not expect any immediate earnings impact from the land purchase and *make no changes to our earnings forecasts and recommendation.* 19/11/2021 10:27 PM
Buy stock must know cut loss immediately n look for other good boat to cover back your loss otherwise confirm just like glove supporters drop to bottomless hole forever!
It seems there are a lot of people including old timers do not understand the meaning of free float, direct and indirect interest, director and substantial shareholder etc..
It looks like the down trend will continue for some time as a tech stock like Atamis can lose money easily when other EMS counters are making profit, is it something fishy..
the share price get throw till like ataims gonna close shop while other ems counter didnt really move much. Just be cautious bah, the player behind is no kind person.
