Last night lme closed at 1867. Very close to break 1870 strong resistance n trend higher. Now future at 1882 up 11.00. Pmetal will fight back very soon....

dear mgician... usd strong is good for pmetal.. the income denominated in USD and 1/3 of its cost is denominated is MYR... so the stronger the USD the better for pmetal.. for its debts, if aluminium remain at this current level or even trend higher pmetal can generate a lot of free cash flow to repay the debts, the income is denominated in USD so debts is not a huge issue.. it is mention in RHB research paper..

1. Max capacity: 740,000 tonnes pa or 185,000 per quarter.
2. Assumed average Al price: 1850 usd/tonne
3. Assumed average forex: RM 4.45/usd
4. Assumed margin of 10%

Calculations: 185000x4.45x1850x0.1= Approx. RM152mil.

Estimate new quarter : 4.11 EPS (Post split), 11.08 EPS (If no split)
