Create atmosphere of selling low so that they ( big players) can pick a lot more at low price when people throw away at low price. Then, they create an atmosphere of buying high so as to influence more people to buy high
So price goes up n up. Then, they sell with the lots that they collect when price was low. Like today, 21million volume.

given the supply side contractions and the increase in demand for aluminium due to expansion in infra projects China and elsewhere, aluminium prices are on an upward trend. Moreover PM itself is continuously improving its production and logistical efficiencies to improve margins. This will be a profitable counter to hold over the coming year. Don't worry about short term price fluctuations, this is a solid counter.
