i think son is going too fast tho,cos the warrant price 2.23 + 1.1 is already = mother share 3.33.or it could mean mother share TP is around Rm 3.33

if you are value investor then good to buy the warrant
the 39sen conversion price only pay at the end of the conversion
so you would have extra 15% to buy more of the warrant
