Oh after Loser SEE got ignored by all of us, now Mike come in to inform everybody to ignore him as well?

I bought average around 97 cents, now up to 1.16 and dividend 8%, it's good profit. Luckily I ignored mike and sourgrape from the start and make nice profit.

RM is getting stronger against USD. mean more fund coming to KLSE.
TSH next resistance is rm1.24-1.26 . Smart MCDX show banker bar increase with retail bar reduced to zero. RSI just above oversold zone.
Target rm1.28 before dividend ex-date.

In year 2008 Kutai was fully backward agriculture lands when Tsh bought 94700 acres there at Rm5000 per acre

Now 13 years on Kutai has been transformed into Nusantara the New Capital of Indonesia

A hive of activities there now will propel up land value for years to come

You cannot get lands there cheap today

All will need to pay tens of thousands or more per acre there today

Only in stock purchase we can still go back in time to invest in those cheap lands at rock bottom prices

How?

Answer:

By buying Tsh shares we get to invest in Nusantara 94700 acres

Then will come more dividend as Rm230 millions balance sum from land sold on the way

Plus Chairman with 326 million Tsh will get Rm26 millions dividend to reinvest more into Tsh

Chairman bought Tsh down from Rm1.80 to below Rm1.00

He will now buy all the way up to Rm1.80 again

And from the Rm230 millions to be received plus the Rm105 millions surplus in hand Tsh total net cash will rise to Rm335 millions or about 24 sen

If Tsh could give just 3 or 4
more sen dividend then dividend yield will rise to 10%

We now have 3 good yardsticks to value and revalue Tsh

1. At Rm1.20 Tsh is selling at 30 sen discount to Rm1.50 Nav

If Kutai lands are revalued NAV will rise to Rm3.00

2. P/E is 3 to 4

3. Dividend now 7% which is twice that of Bank FD

Plus Tsh is now in principle a debt free co

Good managemrnt in Inno now repeated in Tsh

Tsh will overtake Inno share price as time progresses
