As far as i am concerned TSH has to be debt free. At debt free and if it has 100K acres of planted oil palm and calculated over its paid up capital of 1.5b, it will work up to about RM15K per acre. I dont think i can buy any oil palm land in Msia for that kind of price. The price need to triple up to reflect the true land price.

lesson from Pm Corp

Calvin bought Pm Corp at 15 sen
in year 2009 with Johor friends

after buying Pm Corp it dropped to 12 sen and Calvin bought more

then Pm Corp dropped to 10 sen to the horror of some

Then Pm Corp dropped to 9 sen and many cutloss

Calvin and Johor buddies held on

Pm Corp at 9 sen lasted a long time

then one day Pm Corp dropped to 7.5 sen (lost 50% from 15 sen)

many wrung their hands in despair but Calvin with heart of lion and nerve of steel bought Pm Corp at the very bottom at 7.5 sen

Then when Pm Corp was 15 sen Calvin came to i3 investor forum on September 20 2013 told all Pm Corp is good as Pm Corp at 15 sen was selling below net cash of 18 sen

Many bought and Pm Corp went up to reach over 25 sen

then one guy called MikeKong55 who also promoted Pm Corp sold and talked bad about Pm Corp

because of his incessant bad mouth against Pm Corp the price fell below 20 sen again

many suffered losses but Calvin held on

Mikekong55 started a thread called Regain Capital Choco Passenger Ship

to recover their losses from Pm Corp whose prices was sold down partly due to his bad mouthing

Of course not

Pm Corp later rose up to 36 sen

So the Pm Corp I bought at 15 sen more than doubled

But those Pm Corp shares bought in fear at 9 sen?

it went up 400% to 36 sen

the ones bought at maximum panic at bottom 7.5 sen made the most money

so many made 5 figures and 6 figures from Pm Corp which went up 3 times to cross 30 sen later

one stranger I don't know asked me to go for lunch

I said, " No need"

but he insisted so I obliged him

over lunch he told me he had never made so much money in his life before buying a 15 sen share

I was happy for him

Don't need to argue with this SEEprice,noRESEARCH guy and tikus. They always kaki kong kaki song. If you can make money from TSH, lets say RM2-3 they will be gone forever here and move on to spam in another company's i3 forum.

Even if you lose money from TSH they are not going to give back your money. And if you follow them to sell now, I 100% guarantee you they won't payback your ''opportunity loss''.

Shame on them when TSH up 1 sen day by day they still dare to copy paste their essays here. If i were them I will hide until TSH drop to 0.85 only come out talk.

8% dividend is sweet. Even one time off, the next dividend is end of Q1, which is a couple months away, those buy recently going to get 2 dividends (more than 10%) within 6 months or less. Already worth it, you can slowly dispose after dividend next year after Q1 dividends, but no need to dispose it anytime soon... Whoever listened to SEE_sourgrape and sold already wasted their >10% dividends...

We can safely block out and ignore all SEE_sourgrape nonsense. the upcoming 8% dividend and Q1 2023 dividend already exceed 10% for sure. He can go fly kite hahahaha.. I don't even read SEE's rubbish comments anymore cause it's been proven wrong by calvin.
