The delay in the release of audited report is understandable. If you are Nexia, won't you need more time to complete an audit? Would you be satisfied and sign off an audit within 3 months from the appointment in Aug? Especially from KPMG, now facing allegations and paying fines for their own wrong doings. Please be patient and don't over react.
