Bursa should tighten the monitoring on listed companies especially those penny stocks to protect investors. Do not simply approve the private placement or additional shares issue

Now then due to sudden termination of contracts( I have the feeling that such contracts were either non-existent or awarded by dodgy com)

1.Are the debts recoverable?
2.are the dues payable?
3.contra or write off of the two above?
4 ending up with fictitious profit after 3 above?
5.very fishy

Finally, after relentless exposures done by some of the diligent posters here, SCIB have finally done something with the much elusive Pavilion Qatar, which heavily suggests there's something off with PQ. I wonder what will happen if nobody brought up about PQ?

Maybe SD will follow suit soon too? Afterall, SD have big projects with PQ.

Go to Pavilion Qatar's website and see it for yourself. For a company that's suppossed to be established since 2009, it's kind of funny its website was only published in 2021. Mind you, this is a company that awarded $60 million contract to SD back in 2019.

Many things are happening behind the door..It could be good or it could be bad..Ur money ur call..Hopeful before end Nov 21 (20 days more or less) SIR will be released though some believe it may be deferred with legal cases on board..But with SCIB settlement above it does give some hint for SD..Let’s see..

FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The final claims stated in the Settlement agreements are consistent with the provisions that were taken up in the accounts. As a result, the termination of Contracts will not have any material effect on the gearing, earnings per share and net assets of SCIB for the financial year ending 30 June 2022.
The termination of Contracts will not have any effect on the issued share capital and the shareholdings of substantial shareholders of the Company.
