recently developer of capital city are listed on singapore exchange . hope this time gadang can really can receive the payment from capital city project. hope gadang can be another gkent with market cap 1.2-1.5 billion.

Over the weekend, local newspapers covered several “what if” scenarios following the termination of the share sale agreement (SSA) of the 60% stake in Bandar Malaysia to IWH-CREC consortium.
Developer TRX City recently said that a new tender for the Bandar Malaysia masterplan will be launched.
“On the surface, this may turn out similarly to the parceled tenders by Kwasa Land for the RRI land in Sungai Buloh. We expect more news from TRX City in coming weeks,” CIMB said.
Gadang Holdings Berhad ("Gadang" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Gadang CRFG Consortium Sdn Bhd, a 51:49 joint venture company between the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Gadang Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd and CRFG Malaysia Berhad, has accepted the award of contract from TRX City Sdn Bhd to undertake the works known as "The Execution and Completion of Works for Cadangan Penyuraian Trafik Dan Kerja-Kerja Menaiktaraf Jalan Tun Razak Dari Jalan Langgak Golf Ke Bulatan Kampung Pandan Kuala Lumpur (Package 2) Untuk Tetuan TRX City Sdn Bhd" ("Project"). The contract sum for the Project is RM327,905,000.
The Project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Gadang Group.
None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.
some infra work even can hit 20% margin ...i use 15% more fair .. so weird why didn't mentioned completion period one..15 mths assumption ok or not hehe?
Btw, I remember before 1Q17 result release, Koh Onn sold his shares and said to have some pocket money back. And now definitely he knew Gadang won the new contract and buy the shares before this new released, is it still considered as good integrity/act?
Actually , since this is a JV contract....the profit is split 51% and 49%.
However, I just got a feeling that this is an icing on the cake. Going by Tan Sri's expectation , he will not simply accept small longkang projects. He is looking at big things. Good times are coming for Gadang.
