MA20 has been in downtrend since early June. When MA20 dropped below MA50, then I decided to sell it. MA50 just starts in downtrend also. For those still keep WCT, its supporting is at 2.01 & resistance is at 2.10. If it still not close below 2.01, it should be fine. For yoru reference. Cleared the balance & enjoyed my profit for holiday.

基建支出續貢獻經濟 近期料頒發2090億工程

（吉隆坡22日訊）基礎建設支出持續貢獻國家經濟，分析師估計，近期將要頒發的各項工程，包括隆新高鐵（HSR）和東海岸鐵道（ECRL）等計劃，工程總值料達2090億令吉！

財政部昨日透露，本週內將徵求大馬城計劃書，價值高達600億令吉；此外，隆新高鐵計劃也將在第4季為列車資產管理者招標。

比其他新興國家高

大眾投資研究指出，繼2016年頒發約580億令吉的基建工程項目后，我國基建支出仍沒有放緩的跡象，近期預期要發出的基建工程，總額高達2090億令吉。

該行在報告指出，主要基建工程包括東海岸鐵道（約550億令吉）、第3輕快鐵（約100億令吉）、隆新高鐵（約700億令吉）和捷運第3幹線（約500億令吉），另外還有快捷巴士系統（約20億令吉）、金馬士新山雙軌火車（約90億令吉）和泛婆羅洲高速公路（約130億令吉）。

“我們相信建築業仍是國內經濟的主要貢獻者。以國內生產總值百分比來看，建築業持續攀高，在2016年約佔4.9%，比較2006至2007年約佔國內生產總值的3%。”

“這看起來高于其他新興國家（1992至2013年間平均佔國內生產總值的3.6%），但仍在亞洲和大洋洲發達國家（佔4.6%）的範圍內。”

“中國建築支出最高，佔國內生產總值的8.6%。因此，我們預期目前的建築支出軌跡將繼續下去，特別是受到運輸相關工作的支撐。”

隆新高鐵列車資產管理
本地承包商扮演小角

本地上市公司如怡保工程、WCT工程、雙威集團、馬資源和楊忠禮機構，預期都很有興趣參與隆新高鐵計劃，但今年末季的列車資產管理者（AssetsCo）招標，本地公司或承包商應該只是扮演小角。

聯昌證券研究指出：“雖然我們對下半年隆新高鐵進度加速持正面態度，但總得來說，現在要說出誰是潛在贏家還太早。”

隆新高鐵公司和新加坡陸路交通管理局（LTA），將于7月5日在新加坡，針對這項25年營運期招標案，聯合召開行業簡報。

列車資產管理者主要是為隆新高鐵設計、建造、融資和維修資產，該計劃的土木工程預期最早會在明年首季進行招標。

比起土木工程，該行認為本地公司或承包商雖有意參與列車資產管理，但應該不會在其中扮演重要角色，因這方面的經驗不夠豐富。

“我們認為，這些財團並不需要本地合作夥伴，隆新高鐵公司和新加坡陸路交通管理局將做出決定。”

今年末季的列車資產管理者招標，預期從98個國家吸引10大財團競標。

Saudi-led group confirms receiving Qatar's response

"The four countries have received the Qatari response via Kuwait before the end of the additional deadline, which came at the request of HH Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait," said Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, and Egypt in a joint statement on Wednesday.

"Qatar will receive a reply in due time," added the statement, which was reported by the Saudi News Agency.

WE can hold term till 2020...who knows one day WE may go up like Malton -WB :))

WD slightly risky becoz less than 6months expiry..but big plus point is WD still at negative premium..so could run faster than WE

i'm holding both WE & WD...portfolio 30% WD and 70% WE
