Three companies have filed a claim for 181.57m riyals (RM214.12m) from WCT Holdings Bhd. over payment for a government project in Doha, Qatar where it was the main contractor. WCT, which is involved in construction and property, said on Monday (10 July) the claimants are Trans Gulf International Electro-Mechanical WLL, Powermech Engineering WLL and the joint venture of Trans Gulf International Electro-Mechanical WLL–Powermech Engineering WLL JV. No one seems to ask the real question which is how much will they make from any contract they announce. I have heard some contractors getting less than 5% GP for MRT and still they do the job for the resume.
I actually like this name but how to buy when u don't know this.
The matter of fact is that ANY construction company will always have contracts unless they are not in the market at all. So this contract if awarded is replenishing order book or incremental order book from last year?
If it'd just replenishing order book, then this is just maintaining sales so why should price go up

badly manage the relationship with the contractors. arrogant company get hit by this RM200mil +++. they ask for it.
