If there is no buy call from him then he could be buying. If there is a buy call, then beware. haha I don't hold this counter but monitoring it for opportunity.
people are taking advantage of fear and greed ler, with the substantial shareholding, if no other stronger force go against them ,they can create fear by throwing down ler. jilakak, 6-10% wanna to play FLB upside down....
Wait for quarter report end of this mth. Dont rush to join the herd to panic sell. As long as the business is good, nth to worry. Of course you must have holding power :)
RM2.4 is still consider a good entry given that dividend yield is still around 6.25%. Don't worry too much with prices fall, worry if business fundamental falls...
I have reviewed the founders' family shareholding through the annual reports of 2015 and 2016 and I noted that Lin family and Yang family have indeed increased their shareholding from 31.3.2015 to 31.3.2016.
Mr. K is following Mr. N's style.....keep silent when all the questions are asked....and after finding a way out, only then open the mouth.
Say now the court decides that he has to declare all his transaction acquired through his wife as the aggregate exceeds 5%....then how? It will be very difficult to dispose in the future...
So may be he wants to reduce the aggregate to a level below - 5% first...before he opens his mouth again..
