Mamee Monster,thank you for your recommendations,I still hestitate about CSL,I love Asiobio more than CSL because it has greater prospects and hope the management will not disappoint me by giving me stress/fear like CSL.
I am out of touch with the Market for nearly 15 years and during this period my investment was in property which appreciated a lot in K.L Now I am coming back to polish my skill to prepare for more investment in the future and probably overseas market.Share investment has greater risk than property investment so we need to be extra careful in investment.I will appreciate and listen to advice by given

Good,as long as we didn't betray our loved ones we are happy with ourselves and if the loved one oversteps and persists he is right then the best solution is to leave him for a worse one will get on his nerves bcos there is retribution awaiting for him to suffer the consequence.
The meek cannot mingle with the wicked one bcos he has his wicked thinking that he is always right even he is the one that causes the problems.

Alexofb2b,when you have more than enough and you must make money your slave to you, you won't have to spend all your time in making money bcos the more you have the more you are tied down to the material possessions which require you to oversee them until you cannot spare the quality time to enjoy life with your loved ones.
So if we have plenty,then it is prudent to set our priorities in order for it generate income for us without having spend time with it.
To be happy we must find a worthy and trusted mate so that it won't grap our properties later on, frustrates our emotion to the limit like MR khoo and his wife fighting in court for the properties.

The Board of Directors of CSL wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has via its letter dated 30 April 2014, resolved to grant CSL an extension of time of:

subject to the condition that CSL be required to announce the monthly updates on the progress of the police investigation report and the steps taken or proposed to be taken to issue the outstanding AFS and 1st quarterly report before the Extended Deadline pursuant to paragraph 9.28(4)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
Hence, the suspension of trading mentioned in the aforesaid announcement dated 25 April 2014 is no longer applicable.
In view of the Extended Deadline up to 30 June 2014 granted by Bursa Securities, CSL is expecting to issue and submit its AFS within the Extended Deadline for release to Bursa Securities.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, if CSL fails to issue the AFS within 5 market days from the expiry of the Extended Deadline (the last day of this 5 market days shall hereinafter be referred to as "the Suspension Deadline"), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend trading in the securities of CSL.
The suspension shall be effected on the market day following the expiry of the Suspension Deadline and shall be uplifted on the market day following the issuance of the AFS unless otherwise determined by Bursa Securities. As such, the suspension will be effected on 8 July 2014.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(6) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, if CSL fails to issue the AFS within 6 months from the expiry of the Extended Deadline, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, de-listing procedures shall be commenced against CSL.

The extension granted by Bursa as follows:
1)deadline for financial a/c for 31stDec 2013 is 30/6/14
2) deadline for 1st Quarter 2014 is 31st july 2014
3) suspension date is 30/6/14 + 5 working days.Uplifted the next day
Further,within 6 months to submit the financial a/c upon failure then the delisting of CSL.
In addition CSL is required to submit monthly the progress of police investigation and the updating of the steps taken to compile the a/cs.
