Alexofb2b,I just sold csl-w and another loss of rm1000/-but doesn't matter bcos a lot of shares are at discount so it comes back to the same cost.Now I will slowly pick the shares and a lot of them are fly by night.
I believe I can recoup my losses so I never bother much about the loss,this is how the market works.
I will not allow the losses to affect my mood and outlook in life.It is even more beautiful and joyful without that stressful and nerve breaking CSL especially with so much controversies and people attacking me.
It is not logical that if it has such good FA then why it is so cheap and yet institutions do not flock hetre to buy so this is main reason that cause to doubt it.
In a mega sale the shoes at 75% discount will be bought by the crowd within hours.If this is really a con company, it is really good in hiding its flaws of deceits,I must give my thumb-up for its excellent coverup like MH 370.

Drwarrant, to me the peace of mind is more important than money so if I can rid it in exchange of joy I rather choose the later.Afterall I can buy other good counters which is safe and sound as we all not at the end of economic cycle,the game is till on,no sweat.You can play your game and I can play mine too,each is subject to his freedom of choice.

There is already strong warning sign . Delay in submitting financial report usually later on will be follow by discovery of fraud and delisting process
The 2 months is so that the director can sell off their share and plan their run to Switzerland or other countries
Minority by now shld proceed with legal action to freeze the bank account so that directors can't take out the money and run
U can learn from the mh 370 whereby 4 hours is lost makes big difference ..
Now in 2 months imagine what the fraudsters can do eg
I)siphon more money out
2) relocate their family
3) sell their asset
Lastly run .. U will never find the directors after this

Not submitting accounts is serious enough to get it suspended and delisted eventually
U see if the accounts out maybe they will post huge losses & eventually be delisted
If the accounts not out then bursa will just suspend & delist the counter
Either way your money ALREADY gone
U can still sell now before too late

I got 100000% sure that The director cumCEO will not buy back any share from mkt, he just buying time, until CSL get delisting not too long 8 to 12 months but suspension after 8 of July is firmed!

The problem with china company is they have no ethics
They will be very happy to cheat u
As to them , it's your fault for being silly
it's just a business transaction, eg u bought some worthless shares which u can't blame anyone because it's ur decision , while they successfully cheated u - they r the smart businessmen
To them If they don't cheat ur money , someone else will
