I guess FJ has made the correct decision. I just found out why didn't they buyback the share now since it is very cheap. That's show CSL management does not sincere to protect the shareholders interest.
I now believe it will be delisted soon and too many fishy about this company.

About 800mil ......dangling just to for avalanche , if everything is fake! I. Hope the 423mil still holding tight by Director and his buddy....... If not 1cent / per vs 0.25c still 4x........if tp 1c the CSL still worth Rm12.43mil... Still worth so much!

My target 12.5c has been successfully attained,my next 2 targets that I mentioned after BBQ...... Was 10.5c and The lowest before approaching D-day was 7C!... See you there!

i told you why, still got ppl buy white.. 12.5c bcos. afew syidicate stiil holding tons of csl share, if he could keep current TP as stable as 12 to 13 ...he will look for oppornity to dump when the queue (let say Q at buy for 12c=20mil.... he will dump at one GO! then buy back again abit 12c... to pluck more fruit..rather than let the TP eroded.. beyond economical value to sell!

Feizal Mazlan,If the cash is missing,the factory is in production revenue can be generated why the delisting.The procedures of delisting should only commenced on 31st December 2014 if a/c cannot be produced.
If Bursa allows delisting without proper procedures being Bursa is guilty of defying the ruling in help them to privatise without compensating the minority shareholders.The Bursa should get the court to enforce them to produce the a/c accordingly and distribute their NTA which is RM1.70/share and compensate the minority shareholders accoding what they have.Also Bursa must investigate the amount of the discrepancies of the missing cash in order to ascertain the exact sum to return to the minority.
Then Bursa must report them for embezzlement to Bukit Aman for further investigation and charge them for a criminal crime instead of letting go scot free with all the assets and get the minority suffers total
loss.
Bursa must also be investigated by the commission security for condoning wrong doing.

Anyway I threw some money away by buying some CSL shares and am interested to watch their mischief so I am a shareholder again and monitor them closely with peace of mind as I am not be bothered with the money spent.

Who are they to cheat us openingly without any compensation to the minority shareholders for indirect privatisation.We are not fools and a lot of the gangsters also lose money so they also will run after them.I am certain that Bursa cannot delist them unless Bursa is willing folk out money to compensate us.
The conclusion I can draw is if there is cheating, jail and compensation are the right things to demand.It is useless to harp on the bad performance of the stock when compares to other stocks'performance.
It is useless to cry over spilt milk but to reap fresh milk through a constructive plan/strategy by waging a confrontation against Mr CF and Bursa.Then only they know that Malaysia has laws and rules to obey.
