Alexofb2b,Csl received insurance coverage for their fire and they can rebuilt their burnt premises so there is no foul play in the fire,the business will resume in two months'time and generate income.There they have to compensate the minority shareholders if they privatise but not using delisting to privatise indirectly and go scot free and cheated our all our money, that is ridiculous.
There may be some holes in the cash coffers but how much and as directors they owe us a fudiciary duty to account for it.No way he can escape unless he coughs out the money,my action will deter the crooks from committing crimes and make the investors victims pay for it.

To buy time to submit a/c and buy more cheap shares.Now let the shares
go down further so I can get more rubbish shares which own an established factory with 1000 workers and have working capital to run the factory.
I own some shares which are not listed but receiving yearly income of 10% dividend too.
The insurance compensation shows no foul play in the fire.

IF it falls until 5c I will grab the useless shares bcos I want to throw some money on it for a gamble of guts , so frighten I come and expose your worms inside the bags.
Bursa cannot delist it until 31st December 2014 according the rulings.

I can't substantiate the value in csl when :

The controlling cum mgmt of company disposed share at rubbish price below rm0.30 compare to its cash position of rm0.80 AND reduced its stake to 23% ; the level he can be force out by potential new taker. It won't happen to other company!

And cf did not sbb !

Clp72 I was a chairman of an association of a condominium which was abandoned for 8 years I fought the developers until the units were completed CF obtained and they were able to move in.In between the 1 1/2 years I met a lot of opposition who were talking and helping the developers to defraud despite collecting our full payment.
