True,as long as there is no foul play proven there won't be any delisting bcos the shares are sold in good faith.So if the a/c is not submitted even by 7th July 2014,the suspension will be lifted by the next day and the delisting procedures will be implemented by 31st December 2014.

There are a few Malaysian Director on the Board and if the financial papers are fabricated and the BOD approved it, the Chinese may be able to run away but what about the Malaysian Directors? They go to jail.
Have some faith in the system, things may not be rosy but cannot be that bad either. I have accumulate a bit yesterday.
I think someone is taking us for a ride.
Remember, even if it is a shell, if everyone of us start to buy, the price will go up. Appreciation/depreciation of shares prices is just sentimental value.
If you think it can, it will. If you think it cant, it wont.
Start buying now, its dirt cheap and if all of you start buying, the syndicate will run off.
Its a game.
I am sure not all of you are greenhorn. take action now. recoup your losses NOW

Price moving up or down will depend on the money power of the syndicate.
If they sell to push down the price, we buy - they panic and price will move north.
If they sell and nobody can buy up all their shares, they push the price further down and make more money.
This syndicate is strong and have a lot of shares but if we all start buying, we will all make money even if CSL is a shell or non-existence. Its a matter of perception.
Surely you are seasoned speculators/investors and not so easily duped by the syndicates.

AYAM TUA, THE HEXZA GOT LOSSES IN ONE SEGMENT, UNLESS HEXZA DISPOSE THE POOR PERFORMING BUSINESS, THEN CAN RECORD SOUND PROFIT. THE 3 SEN EPS PREVIOUS YEAR IS MAINLY DUE TO GAIN ON DISPOSAL ON STOCDKS INVESETMENTS.

If you are part of the syndicate, you will continue pushing the shares down since you have borrowed or accumulate the shares earlier.
What you feared most is if the people doesnt believed you, then you are doomed.
I saw the price being push down and I just dont buy CSL earlier. I only started buying at RM0.16.

Yes I am accumulating CSL at RM0.115. It is ok if you are selling, nothing to do with me. Just my 2 cents opinion. I am not being paid to share my thoughts but I decided to comment because I read a lot of "bad rumours" here. I like to see some objective comments here. We are all here to make money not enemy. Be Objective.

Safest thing to do is keep it in Fixed Deposit earning 3% p.a. on a 1month FD.

I have been accumulating and had not sold a single share. Please push it down further so that I can buy. It is ok with me.
Yes if the price move up a lot (to my target), I will sell.
It is always buy and sell.
Dont worry, I am a retired oldman and can wait patiently. Thank you for pushing down the price. I will continue buying as and when I like it.

Directors and those owning more than 5% have to declare when they buy and sell. Unless they use a lot of proxies with shares below 5%.
I have not received any news from Bursa on the Directors selling down.

If I am part of the syndicate and if you buy - I am finished. If you sell, that's my objective.

By accumulating I am against the syndicate because those short-sellers fear people who doesnt believed them.

Like I said, even if the rumours are true, the price will go up if buyers outnumbered sellers. Its all matter of perception. As for me, I only believed in what I see. Black n White.

Irene-Tiong,I am the most innocent investor who came to buy CSL in good faith but with punters coming here to say I bought in bad faith without official evidences until the fear factor caused by them together with untoward events I finally sold them with huge losses yet you came here to accuse me of being bad.
Now I can sort out the bad one that is Irene-Tiong is the culprit having a motive known to herself.
From the daily volume,we can observe that the volume of transactions has dizzled to very low volume which means it is almost fully absorbed by certain group at 11.5c.Who is the group,you can guess now?

I will consider to buy it again if it drops further bcos it is fun to dabble with so much controversies and see who are the culprits who are so concerned with this counter but careless with other counters which also dip very much.
