Dividend is expected to be 1.03 cent and the best of it is No tax is payable on the dividends declared by the CSL received by shareholders as it is income from a foreign source in accordance with Paragraph 28 of Schedule 6 of the Malaysian Income Tax Act, 1967
Now than you all jump to EAH??? Hahaha... What a joke? We have been in when 2 months ago and out already... now CSL is my target as it's only need not more than 3 months i can gain at least 20% + dividend some more CSL-WA i have holding a lot at RM0.03... CSL-WA expecting to get at least 50% thanks to those given negative in the market.
CSL-WA strike/exercise price is RM1-19 maturity 18-09-2017. Why buy at $0-03 for CSL-WA when you can buy the real ordinary share at 0.12? You only buy the csl-wa if you believed that csl will rise to RM1.31 by 18-09-2017 or if the ordinary shares is beyond reach. Get your facts right and stick to the ordinary shares if you do not have any fundamental security analysis knowledge.
If the information provided by csl through Bursa Malaysia is fraudulent and we lose money, its a con job. If you lose your money through csl-wa, i considered this stupidity especially if you are suspecting csl will be suspended.
I am buying csl shares based on good faith that Bursa Malaysia is overseeing the stock exchange and the auditors are doing their job. According to book, csl is a good company to invest in and is heavily discounted. Its a strong buy. Rumours are rumour and I cannot verify it. If you and I are hearing it, I am sure Bursa Malaysia are hearing it too. Bursa Malaysia must do something about this rumour and investigate.
Honestly the infor in the audited Financial Accounts is just too good to be true. I do agreed with the many comments in this column but i stick to the available information.
Yoko!.....from day one I had observed this Chinese sexy lady grow up! But very sad story keep happening day by day ! No cure ! Totally spoiled by drug bcos the boss pampered too much!
Yoko, are you Toronto who defended then a/c for the 3rd quarter 2013? If it is,I am very happy to hear from you again. I were like you stuck to the official information until I slowly witnessed the untoward events happen before me 1)the death CEO without replacement 2)no dividend 3) no a/c 4)fire 5)Mr CF's fees were only RM30,000/month for profits of RM200mln.6)The price keeps dropping even it has such high profits which is very unusual. Now I suspect he is only a crony of somebody who owns a number of these kinds of companies both in S'pore,Hong Kong and Malaysia. So I finally disposed at 20.5c to 19.5c at high losses to avoid a total loss.Hope I am wrong and you all make the final laugh.
China based corporation listed overseas have a perception/image problem since they do not share the British culture and business practises which we are familiar. The many failures of Chinese company aggravate the situation further.,
Hopefully the impending listing of AliBaba in New York will change this perception.
Listed companies are there not to make you rich but to help the people behind it to 1.Cash-out, 2. to make the them (owners) richer 3. to raise capital making them richer and the leftover for you and me.
This is not a casino if you treat it as investment venue! The key is your objectivity in assessing the risk inherited, the potential of return and your ultimate action that synchronize with your approach.
This is not a casino either if only risk inherited without the potential return. I don't know how to call it.......only one direction .....losing $$$ with certainty....kikikikiki
in an internet era and knowledge society, the advantage as an investor solely relying on the discipline and common sense of your own self. newbies need to comprehend this statement thoughtfully.
key alphabet to building up your wealth start with Y .........this counter offer 60% return within one month..........to be taken p r I v a t e........kikikiki
We are just outside the company as small investors, i just know i bought it in low price which i think already bottom and the possibility of rebound is there.
this company makes easily 200 mil per year...EPS put some local companies to shame !! Look at the historical charts . Always heading for new lows....You maybe lucky if this time from 12 cts u buy, it go up to 18 cts (make 50 pct) . The upcoming report will still show they make tons of money Even then the price will surely dip to maybe 10 cts. U know why, they like to keep yr money. If this time, they show a loss....maybe the share will rise.! Get out from this company while u still can. Market is good,Many good counters to buy even if sharks are operating. Some win some lose. In CSL -----Cun Sure Lose .
Like our KWSP, we just contribute a little bit, how they run the show or even no show is not up to us to comment right? Who's care KWSP spent our money to take over those government related great lost companies, we just care what is the return yearly. It's same to CSL, as i said time will tell.
If it is so good I will not have dispose them at a huge loss. Why don't you buy amproperties which offers the following: 1)Redeemable Preference bonus shares of one share for two ordinary shares held ,i.e 1:2. 2)Redeemable Preference is exchangeable for cash for 50c each or exchangeable for every two Redeemable shares for one ordinary after one year. The price of amproperties is RM1.08
Hahaha... why hear from some one, those who suggested you to buy this and that share due to news got to watch out... Reason why because our market is lack of foreign fund right now, share volume is low so how to push up the market + economy nowaday is not comparable to those day... Even some fund pushing 1 or 2 shares within a week due to profit taking prices will down back.
Let have some clear picture, CSL is doing global business and it in China market, due to population in China and global business of course sales is far higher than those local company. Anyway, trust yourself in investment... put it short target, long target. If price is still high for example if CSL today is RM 0.50, I would in. RM 0.15, yes I will. Because it's really cheap as i said unless the counter delist otherwise the chances to make $$$ in such a low price is big.
If the shares are sold in bad faith, does the stock exchange has the right to delist it. I think legally they can have that excuse to delist it so ponder deeply about the possibility about this loophole if it a plot.
Suddenly somebody dumped 13mln shares, hope he got it cheap and didn't incur huge losses but we are still winners if it is really delsted in the future bcos it is a partial loss and not a complete loss, cheers!
major mop up of retail free float shares, those with staying power hang on till July 17. You been informed.. don't regret later... time will tell... I have now 1.3 million shares.
