9.30 am has passed. With trading become slower. Confirmed it would only closed higher by 9.5 cent at 5.00 pm. Tomorrow goes down back to 8 cent.

（吉隆坡7日訊）中國文具（CSL，5214，主要板消費）連續兩個季度取得盈利表現后，今日向馬證交所申請豁免提呈重組計劃和脫離PN17行列。

該公司執行主席兼總執行長關永賢發布文告指出，中國文具今年專注于進行火患后的業務整頓工作，讓旗下業務重新獲利。

“我們已從5月開始恢复正常營運，公司正積极重建原有客戶的信心，”

中國文具是在去年4月4日因部分發生電器短路而發生禍患，嚴重影響公司生產，並使部分業務中斷。

儘管中國經濟成長放緩，但該公司管理層仍打算增加廣告開銷至9000萬人民幣（約6126萬令吉），對比2013財年為7000萬人民幣（約4765萬令吉）。【中国报财经】

Manipulation of accounts is a big crime in China and empty company cannot be listed in KLSE , please read their accounts and U see CSL in reality,,,,anyway hope CSL will move towards its NTA of RM1.31 or to 0.13cts at least,,,,,
