no need to block the deal, u can choose refund and not supporting the acquisition deal if any

any acquisition need to be bloody good to credit suizze or else they said bye bye, and tok hadi will be short of fund

then tok hadi will be short of rm52 million fund for acquisition

Yes Hadian is basically screwed...Hadian has to deduct Credit Suisse's portion from Sona's pool of fund and also many many other retail shareholders' portion who are greatly disappointed with Hadian.

Don't think he has a workable plan other than getting shareholder to approve his increased director's fee. All oil and gas counter dropped to all time low and Sona go beyond 45 cents after getting QA...possible with this lousy all-star management? I rather get the refund.

tok hadi and his partner has 20% warrants, that will cost rm100m for conversion

tok hadi needs to ensure the price above 50cts to prevent credit suize and retailers from opting for refund around 48cts

he needs to secure a good qa and pray pray oil price will stabilize above usd55

he also needs to look after his interest and warrant conversion too

now its the best time for SPAC to aquire oil n gas company at low price.. if they still unable to buy when oil at lowest. these SPAC company like sona and cliq are just OKU company with OKU management that hv sole motive of cheating and robbing investors money in broad daylight by hiding under scamming vehicle they call as SPAC.. investors should go to their office and drag those board of directors out from their comfy office for question
