i think SC should not allow SPAC anymore, since there is no benefit to the small fish investor like us except the initial investor. it doesnt benefit the country economy.

Call egm for immediate liquidation no need to wait 3 month till end July. Liquidation now and 99 pct in 30 days. Look at the other spac in liquidation.

Hadian and his fellow directors are a bunch of clowns!!! They had a 2nd chance to get it right but they sat on their asses, and did nothing but blow smoke up each other's asses. We got good asset, people should vote YES. WTF!! Talking like small kids. SC should vet promoters like this, who have no clue whatsoever about running a plc, and not allow them to be on the board of a plc.

No tricks in liquidation. Read the sona prospectus and speak to liquidators. 77 pct shareholders say no and many foreign funds. CS And PAG big boys and will sue the Board. Over 11 liquidators put proposal for the 3 different methods to liquidate the other SPAC. The method and process is very straightforward. Get 99 pct back in 30 days if company is not insolvent.
