Depends when you want to sell your share.
If you believe share price above 35sen then wa bring you better profit.
35sen - 27sen = 8sen ( 30% profit )
11.5sen -8sen = 3.5sen ( 43% profit )
( but if mother 35sen, wa normally trade above 15sen )

Warrant normally grow faster ,but also drop faster . If very confident of share price growth, then can take warrant. If play safe d, can take mother , at least got dividend.
