kampar terminal receive government grant to build. it oso has tax benefits. now it's near completion and it has successfully transfered to mainboar. what Icon sifu said is unconfirm. and even if there is a dispute between main vs sub-con, it is the main/sub con to resolve. I believe there will be penalty terms on any possible delay. the headache is for the main/sub con. Is this justifiable? I think the shares is ppl worry about the market condition.
