why can't CEO sell his share? you think CEO no need to eat? investor or trader can trade so is CEO or major share holder of the company, CEO sell share he will make announcement to let you know and you can sell if you feel like it

OVH was showing impressive net profit in 2021 while most service providers suffered. When you find such gem in an industry, better asked questions before you get trigger happy.
Ask:
1. Why they are different? They are technically superior?
2. If not technically superior, why margin better than others?

On top of that, why raising funds since making good profit? Expansion? Into Middle East or space?
This will be my only comment

be careful, the owner still has 50million shares to dispose. He has trimmed over 50% of his stake since IPO. When the founder selling non stop and causing share price to historical low, it sounds trouble ahead.

The transacted price was 16.57%, or a 2.9 sen premium to the closing price of Ocean Vantage at 17.5 sen a share.

In other words, the new shareholders paid RM20m or 20.4 sen per share for the transaction.

Now, it is time to see what the new shareholders will do to add value to the company....

Obviously they would have to try their best to do so since they have paid a premium and invested RM20m in the company.
