At 0.04, with the exercise price at 9.50, you break even when the mother is 9.82. Sime went to 9.83 briefly just now. The CR's premium is very attractive. But, as with all CWs, it will depend on how the mother fares, of course. CR expires in March 2013.

try to do reverse valuation MC, you will be able to estimate your seller anticipated price on underlying
There are 2 categories of traders who are throwing CR at current premium.
1) The one without any knowledge on SW - their intention is to buy low, sell high, buy high & sell higher. Easy to read their mind
2) The one highly experience in warrants trading, probably they know what is going to happen to underlying in near term. - this group is the one you need to worry
The low premium is there some reasons, you need to explore all the possible reasons

sime needs to rise 8 sen for cr to rise 1 sen and with long expiry date, good chance for a windfall.
No result.
