Kayza,

SHH reported a gain of over 7 cts fot the latest quarter report. Profit from furniture sale & also a disposal of property for Rm4.3 millions. The sale of the property garnered a profit of RM2 Millions only.

At the news the Market has chased & goreng up this SHH into the stratosphere of GREATER FOOL PARADISE.

Better Sell All SHH into strength if you have any. Too risky to chase now.

MULPHA has An NTA of over RM4.00

Take a 70& Discount to get the Intrinsic Value (Since Real Estate is Illiquid). So RM4.00 x .3 = RM1.20

So at 43.5 cents we have another 63% Discount From RM1.20. There Is A Big Margin of Safety here.

What is the Target Price for MULPHA? Short Term I cannot tell. But Longer Term It Should Move Towards Intrinsic Value of RM1.20.

But If Mr. Market Is Very Bullish on Mulpha In Future They Will Price It Nearer To RM1.20 - 70% DISCOUNT FROM NTA of RM4.00

OR MARKET MIGHT PRICE MULPHA NEAR TO ITS NTA OF RM4.00

The main character is the same person for most of the shouting! It is to create fake sentiment as though the tip is so spot on. So when the main character is gone so are the rest of the dubious IDs that come from the same person !
