AG merompak keputusan hakim on Guan Eng bungalow case

The rakyat is all now demanding to know why. Whether LGE is convictable or not, is not simply for AG or any DPP to decide. It is for the presiding judge. The job of AG or any DPP is not to pass judgement of innocence even before the case has even begun, but to prosecute. The final judgement is the job of the judge. What has Malaysian justice become under PH government, one is now beginning to wonder.

Yes. This latest AG decision is looking more than somewhat suspicious. Especially considering that an almost identical case several years ago, also involving a then menteri besar of another state, the prosecution went ahead - with not a little vocal provocation by a LGE at the time in the Oppposition - and actually obtained a conviction.

Put it this way loh....the AG chamber....already explain....if they proceed with the case....they are likely to lose the case mah...!!

So simple loh....they ask for deferment of the case without discharge lim guan eng loh..!!....hopefully AG can prosecute later...if they got & or can gather more & better & fresh evidence mah.....!!

But LGE counsel protested...the deferment...saying they disagree bcos they are having advantage loh..!!

So the judge says....to be fair...if the AG....going to defer without discharge...is like football match.. like MU losing 2-0 to liverpool...after 80 minutes of playtime...wants to stop the game without conceding defeat & play the game another time loh....!!

So the judge or the refree....blow the whistle & decide if MU... stop the game half way....when liverpool is leading 2-0...MU need to concede defeat loh...!!

The judgement by the judge very fair mah....!!
