FROM THE MACC FILES Part 9: Guan Eng Owns 10% Of The Penang Undersea Tunnel Land-Swap Deal Now, everyone knows Ewe Swee Kheng is Lim Guan Eng’s proxy. That is not a secret. So how much of that 60% is Swee Kheng actually holding under trust for Guan Eng? Swee Kheng told the MACC that 10% of that 60% belongs to Guan Eng. So, in essence, not only is Guan Eng being paid 10% of the RM6.3 billion tunnel cost, he is also getting 10% of the entire project. 1. Guan Eng owns 10% of Swee Kheng’s 60% share while Zarul owns the balance 40% 2. Lim Kit Siang is maintaining an elegant silence after the revelation that his own son is involved in a far bigger scandal than 1MDB 3. Zarul Ahmad told the MACC that Guan Eng’s proxy, Swee Kheng, owns 60% of the project while he only owns 40% 4. Zarul Ahmad’s confession that RM22 million of that RM305 million feasibility study was actually used to bribe the MACC to close the investigation and mark the file NFA (no further action). No wonder the feasibility study is so high. It includes a RM22 million bribe to the MACC to close the corruption investigation.
