Another day, another 17k infections! And adding more worries, Sabah hit near 1k today! This means, there's a chance for infections to hit higher! Maybe 25k a day!
At this junction, i say it's up to PN government to ramp up with urgency to a million a day! So far the highest was 550k yesterday! I think it can only go higher!
I know it's hard but given current scenario which is quite bad, government of the day has no choice! Our healthcare already reach breaking point! More patients means more pressure for healthcare workers to walk away! After more than a year, i think most of our doctors wanna call it quit! Many already burnout!

I think our public sector has serious shortage of professionals! In the other hand, there's plenty of general doctors in the market!
But taking more specialists into public healthcare also require high cost! And mind you, when they retire, pension can be very burdening for the government!
It's hard to balance the need of rakyat and the ability of government to support such healtcare!
Unfortunately, we also have bloated civil service that really need trimming! Perhaps only when civil service are at bare minimum can more doctors be absorbed!

So yesterday hit another 550k! Good! Please ramp up further! Certainly good if hit 600k today!
We need to be ahead of the curve as level of infections are rising rapidly! However, having said that, i am glad we are above 500k jabs! It's good but hitting 1 million would be great!
I think most of you out there have registered with Sejahtera for sometime already!
Many who registered in March still waiting for their appointments! So yeah, this shows how overwelming malaysians are really patriotic in helping us achieve some sort of herd immunity!
As Khairy noted, 80% adult in Malaysia have registered! This is certainly world benchmark! However delivery wise, we are laggard! This weakness must be acknowledge and rectify quickly!
Turkey for example has implemented same day registration for smartphone app like Sejahtera! Turkey is so efficient! I think world most efficient in mass vaccination!
So Malaysia still far behind in mass vaccination! So like i said, rakyat should not be blamed! Rakyat has done their part! Rakyat endure more than a year of lockdown already! So please, rakyat are ever ready and patriotic in getting jab!

Answer : Yeah! Actually we have plenty of medical graduates! Like tons of them out there! You would be surprised to know many of them are jobless! Doctors jobless! Sad but true!
