It's no brainer that to kill Mahathir remaining political clout is to make sure anti hopping law becomes reality!
Those who kept up with Mahathir political maneuverings know that to stop any remaining influence he has, anti hopping is the ultimate kill any opponents should take!
I think this anti hopping is way overdue! Jumping from one party to another is anti democracy at best! There's nothing to justify any lawmakers from switch side after they were voted by rakyat!
Unless of course such lawmakers stand under independent ticket, it's really up to them to switch to any party at any given time as voters are well aware of what independent lawmakers stand for!
