Previous Close: 1840 +31
FKLI surged strongly yesterday, recovered some of its previous losses on trade war tension. However, US fell near 400pts this morning after gains of more than 200pts last night, as US President urged to impose addtional USD 100 billion on China tariffs. FKLI later may gap down and test to close downside gap.
Daily chart show a sharp correction from divergence between candles & RSI. From hourly chart, FKLI show a technical rebound from RSI oversold, but still below middle line of BB, no confirm signal of rebound yet. Break below 1830.5 yesterday low likely to close downside gap at around 1816.5.
Classic Support & Resistance
Resistance: 1844.5 1858.5
Support: 1830.5 1816.5 1807
Recommend Trading Plan for the day:
1. Sell 1837, stop 1841, profit 1833/1829.
2. Look for buy signal if break above 1844.5
