THE Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) said that the government’s aim is to administer 15 million Covid-19 vaccine doses per month.

The daily target will be at least 500,000 jabs, and this target has already been exceeded this week.

The CCSA also revealed the government’s vaccine procurement plans for the rest of the year:

August 14.8 million doses: Sinovac 6.5 million, AstraZeneca 5.8 million, Pfizer (donated) 1.5 million, Sinopharm one million.

September 15 million doses: Sinovac six million, AstraZeneca seven million, Pfizer two million.

October 21 million: Sinovac six million, AstraZeneca seven million, Pfizer eight million.

November 17 million doses: AstraZeneca seven million, Pfizer 10 million.

December 17 million doses: AstraZeneca seven million, Pfizer 10 million.

Assistant CCSA spokesman Dr Apisamai Srirangson added that the public can have confidence in the vaccine distribution plan.

The Public Health Ministry also said it is monitoring the distribution and everybody should be vaccinated soon.
